Gatherings

Inner Ground enjoys offering workshops, formation circles, and retreats. We host both in-person and online gatherings, seeking to provide myriad opportunities for folks to join in community as we tend our spiritual lives. Some of our gatherings are free and others have a fee. Through the generosity of our donors, we are able to offer scholarships for all of our paid offerings. If you are interested in obtaining a full or partial scholarship for one of our upcoming events, please reach out to us via email - 2innerground@gmail.com

We invite you to subscribe to our newsletter where you’ll find all the details about our current offerings.

Please enjoy these free resources as a gift to support your inner journey.

Our monthly Singing Circle is a fun and nourishing gathering. We learn and sing paperless short songs in the ancient oral tradition. Singing is an embodied practice that offers deep connection with others and ourselves.

We meet in the chapel at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Greensboro.

Let us know that you plan to join the December circle by filling out the form you’ll find at the link below.

The Welcoming Voice in the Book of Ruth

a weekend retreat
March 21-23, 2025
Trinity Center, Pine Knolls Shore, NC

Come aside and spend some time with the Book of Ruth. Her four short chapters have been inconspicuously tucked between the dusty pages of Israel's history. In reality, however, this brief but deep narrative is an encouragement to each human journey and a challenge to every human system. It personally touches our human experience and powerfully pivots our sense of community.

Our retreat leader is Dr. Jim Dant, a gifted theologian, author and musician. Enjoy a weekend of rest, contemplative prayer, learning and play at the beautiful NC coast. We have a block of 15 rooms which can be reserved as a private or shared space. Secure your spot with a $200 deposit.
