Cultivate

Cultivate provides time and space for ten people to join with colleagues from their profession in a five-month cohort designed to offer rest, renewal and community. Our faculty of gifted facilitators will guide experiences in poetry/creative writing, embodied play, meditative walking, collage art and yoga. Participating in this program will give you space to tend your body, mind and spirit while developing practices that support a healthy rhythm of life and work.

The 2024 cohort is designed for people working in local nonprofits. We will meet from 9:00-1:30 on the second Friday of each month, June through October, in Greensboro, NC. Midway between the in-person gatherings, an online gathering (60-minutes) will offer the cohort space to reflect and deepen connections.

Thanks to our circle of donors, we are able to keep the cost to $100 per participant. Full and partial scholarships are also available, if needed. Simply indicate so on the application form.
